3 Fat Loss Approved Salad Dressings


A big bowl of unlimited greens with lots of fresh veggies and a serving of lean protein is the perfect meal for health & weight loss.  Yet some of us still buy salad dressings from the grocery store that can add tons of calories and additives.  Salad dressing can be as simple as 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and vinegar or the juice of one lemon but if your looking for more variety in taste, try these three salad dressings.

Balsamic Citrus Dressing

Great with chicken, avocado, & greens!

  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed
  • 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Creamy Italian

Great to dip fresh veggies & on greens!

  • 1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Tbs. White Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Shallot, minced
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Basil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, pressed
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • Ground pepper to taste.
Raspberry Burst

Perfect for spinach salads!

  • 3 tablespoons raspberry or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Still want to buy from the store?  I suggest Bragg’s Salad dressing in a bottle or dressings in the refrigerated section that have an expiration date.
