A New Gym Workout

Give this new workout a try if you are looking for something different next time you’re in the gym and have access to equipment. Watch the demo video first to get the moves down.  The entire workout should take you about 30 minutes.  Have fun!

Prepare:
Perform each exercise for about 30 seconds each, one after the other without rest. Repeat this circuit 2x.

1.  Walking Knee Hugs
2.  Curtsy Lunges
3.  Touchdown Squats

Circuit 1:
Perform each exercise 12-15x each, one after the other without rest. Repeat this circuit 2x.

1.  Walking Lunges with Biceps Curl
2.  Plank at Floor, Stability Ball, OR BOSU
3.  Horizontal Rows

Circuit 2:
Perform each exercise 12-15x each, one after the other without rest. Repeat this circuit 2x.

1.  Static Squat
2.  Side Planks
3.  TRX Rows OR Lat Pulldown

Energy!:
Perform each exercise for about 30 seconds each, one after the other.  Repeat this circuit 2x.

1.  Up & Overs
2.  Rest
3.  High Knees
4.  Rest

Recover:
Hold each stretch for about 30 seconds each.

1.  Chest Stretch in the doorway
2.  Straddle Stretch
3.  Hip Crossover Stretch
