1. Body Weight Workout – 3 rounds
- 25 Squats
- 10 T-Push Ups
- 25 Side to Side Lunges
- 10 Plank Jacks
2. Body Weight Workout – 3 rounds
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Squat Jumps
- 10 Forward Lunges on each leg
- 10 Supermans
3. Body Weight & Treadmill Workout
- Run or walk uphill for 4 minutes
- 50 Squats
- Run or walk uphill for 4 minutes
- 50 Push Ups
- Run or walk uphill for 4 minutes
- 50 Full Sit Ups
- Run or walk uphill for 4 minutes
4. Body Weight & Treadmill Workout
- Run or walk 1 mile
- 25 Squats
- Run or walk 1 mile
- 25 Side to Side Lunges
- Run or walk 1 mile
