Cool Cucumber Summer Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C cucumber, cubed and peeled (leave peel on if you like)
  • 1 Handfull fresh mint
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 3 T hemp seeds
  • 1 t Matcha green tea powder
  • 1 Pinch sea salt
  • 1 t Honey or 1 drop of liquid stevia (to taste)
  • 1 Hand full of ice
  • 1/4 C water

Preparation

Toss all ingredients in to a high-speed blender, swirl until smooth, enjoy slowly to savor the flavors of Summer!
