Hormone Friendly Brownie Bites!
Yes, you can enjoy brownies and be hormone friendly!
Thing is, you need to make it a treat and a treat is a once in a while thing. These once in a while brownie treats are what I consider a hormone friendly swap.
A hormone friendly swap is when you make or buy a version of something made of real food ingredients that doesn’t give you a huge sugar dump into your body and bloodstream, are gluten, dairy, and chemical free, and have either a good protein or good fat or both.

These Brownie Bites make me swoon!
- 1/2 C Sweet potato puree
- 1 Small avocado
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 C Honey
- 2 T Melted coconut oil
- 3 T Coconut four
- 1/3 C Cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 t Baking soda
- 1/4 t Sea salt
- 1/3 C Enjoy Life Mini chocolate chips – dairy free
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor until smooth. Fold in 1/4 C of the chocolate chips. Fill parchment paper or oiled mini muffin tin with batter. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20 minutes then cool for 5 minutes.
