I am very excited to bring you this new service to add to your training repertoire. This month I will be completing a Nutrition Coaching Certification with Precision Nutrition and taking a group of 5 people through the nutrition coaching process for 12 weeks. We are all very excited to get started and on our way to fabulous physiques and boundless energy. Stay tuned for progress and results!
If you are one of the many that want to start their diet on Monday or wait til a time when it’s more convenient in their lives, I lend you this Chinese Proverb:
“The man who waits til tomorrow to take the first step spends his entire life on one leg.”
Do you exercise regularly but cannot to drop the weight you wish you could? Are you waiting for the time when a diet actually works for you? Do you crash mid-day from lack of energy? Or worse yet are you waiting to exercise regularly because you want to lose weight first (?!? this is an actual complaint I have heard from potential clients).
Most of the people I hang out with are intelligent folks like yourself and you “know” what to do when it comes to eating well. If I ask you to drink more water or eat more fruits and veggies I am quite sure you would respond by saying, “I know, I know.” My Nutrition Coaching Program includes what I believe is the missing link to your success.
