Private Training Sessions

30 Minutes Private Personal Training

If your time is limited, my Efficient & Effective 30 Minutes Private Personal Training option is the perfect choice for you.  In 30 minutes you will be taken through a formally designed program specifically for your body and goals. You will see results by focusing on exercises that work your entire body giving you the biggest bang for your buck in the least amount of time.

60 Minutes Private Personal Training

Your second option is to train for the full traditional 60 Minutes Private Personal Training where you will receive the “everything done in one” session.  In 60 minutes you will actively warm up, receive guidance with a formally designed strength training routine specific to your goals, then passively stretch and massage to round out your session.

For both options, we’ll mix exercises you like with exercises you need to focus on such as strength & core, metabolism enhancement, injury guidelines, balance, stability, flexibility, etc.  I will coach and guide you to use proper form and challenge you sensibly so you can get the exercise you need for a fit & healthy life!
