You’ll find a “cleanse” online, you’ll find a new diet book, you’ll buy a juicer, feel great, feel crappy, and tell me about. You’ll lose 4lbs, put it back on, make excuses, give up, come back after 3 months, and all the while I’m wishing that you would just care about yourself as much as I care about you.
