Beginning a weight loss journey can seem like the most daunting task, but other times it can be exhilarating because you’re pumped with motivation and excitement for your future healthy & slender body.
Yet with day to day life and challenges, motivation seems to disappear as soon as you walk past a Starbucks and instantly succumb to the dark chocolate brownie calling your name (at least this has happened to me once or twice )
In order to succeed, you must be willing to take consistent action and or do something completely different.
Weight loss is HARD.
To lose weight, you must be willing to step outside of your comfort zone both within your body and your thoughts. Changing means discovering something new, moving forward and growing.
You may have come to my blog for help, and answers for weight loss solutions or maybe a short cut or two. Yet you may find it all to hard to implement or stick with it.

When I decided to think outside the box, I tried hypnosis. Specifically, I listened to pre-recorded audio downloads that my friend & Certified Hypnotist, Randi Light wrote for weight loss. You may have heard me mention her before as I am so impressed with her work, what she has done for my clients, and what she has done for me in my life through her talents and gifts with hypnosis.
